Functional Parameters:
1. Explore and open new dealer counters to expand the overall sustainable sale potential in the territorial market.
2. Distributor/ Dealer relationship management.
3. Developing dealer net waiting in all Chhattisgarh.
4. Developing and establishing new Customers.
5. Organize promotional activations and product awareness meets for dealers and contractors.
6. Track and solve dealer queries timely to maintain a productive relationship.
7. Assist dealers in providing the solution to their contractors as well as end consumers for any complaints or queries Collections.
8. Identified percentage of Sales through Premium Dealer.
9. Increase sales through Sales Promotion Activities
10. Enabling direct reports to perform and exceed their targets. And Sales Planning.
11. Achieve assigned Sales Collection & other receivable Targets.
12. Ensure planned market visits for effective engagement with channel partners and customers.
13. Maintaining accurate records.
14. Monitor the outstanding payments on a regular basis and take measures to minimize the over dues.
15. Manage and motivate team of direct reportees and ensure good performance review mechanism of their KPPs( Key performance parameters)
16. Any other task assigned by the management.

Fundamental Parameters:
1. Location: Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
2. Education: MBA (Sales & Marketing) Diploma /BECivil or any Equivalent Qualification (Preferred).
3. Experience: Minimum 8 years
(Preference will be given to candidates experienced in Manufacturing of Paver Tiles AAC Blocks Industry and building material industry)
