Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Centers (FLC) of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER BAHRAIN . The current workweek is Sunday through Thursday. Employees hired from continental U.S. will receive Sunday Premium Pay (computed at 25% of basic hourly rate, eight hours per week).

GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Formulates strategies to improve the funding of programs; 2) Prepares business initiatives and strategies using knowledge of business, financial, and program management policies, process and requirements; and 3) Complies analyze data to identify trends and deficiencies to develop corrective measures. GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Represents command as liaison during meetings with organization's customers; 2) Assists team with documenting and analyzing current processes to identify opportunities for improvement; 3) Brief's management with program performance efficiency/ effectiveness and 4) Posses knowledge of Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI) and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools, techniques and problem solving methodology. Additional Information (Continued): The Office of the Secretary of Defense (Personnel and Readiness) limits the number of Bahrain based DoD personnel accompanied tours. Dependent entry approval from Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command is required for all accompanied tours prior to extending the final job offer and prior to issuing Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders. Accompanied tours are not guaranteed. The current workweek is Sunday through Thursday. Employees hired from continental U.S. will receive Sunday Premium Pay (computed at 25% of basic hourly rate, eight hours per week). Relocation and recruitment incentives up to 25% may be authorized.
