An MNC Tech Company is currently hiring IT Sales Support Specialist to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

Answering customer inquiries scheduling meetings and sales appointments and following up with customers about their order status.

Compile sales leads and delegating leads to the sales department and providing sales data and guides to the sales department.

Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders customer accounts and other related issues.

Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives.

Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies.
