Overview of the Role:
Reporting to the IT Service Manager a IT Administrator will help build maintain and troubleshoot Clients MSP & professional service clients. Managing and monitoring all MSP client systems using Clients RMM platform. You will be dClientring mission critical client infrastructure and ensuring high levels of availability performance and security as well as achieving set client SLA.
