Drive Top Line and Bottom line Sales for the Given market and grow Market Share & GP through a Process Driven approach as well achieve the targeted profitability and Building Strong Team with an Attrition of less than 3% p.a

Ensure budgeted Top Line Sales with Targeted GP
Execute the Marketing Initiatves and Trade Promotions prudently and ensure cost optimization
Ensure the width and depth and depth of Distribution as per Opportunity
Drive Process hygiene by effective implementation of Distributor Score Card
Lead and Train team and show the growth path with Career Dossier and ensure attrition is less than 3%
Ensure Customer Satisfaction by driving Distributor Connect & enabling Distributors get min 30% ROI p.a.
