Lead Data Scientist

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
• Design develop and implement machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
• Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to extract insights from large datasets.
• Build and deploy scalable productionready machine learning pipelines for realtime inference.
• Evaluate model performance and iterate on algorithms to improve accuracy scalability and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques and actively contribute to our knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on best practices in data science and machine learning.

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
• 9 to 14 years of handson experience in data science and machine learning with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Scala along with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn etc.
• Deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning time series analysis etc.
• Experience in building endtoend machine learning pipelines from data preprocessing to model deployment in production environments.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
