Summary
Our rapidly growing software company is currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join the Cloud Operations Team. The IT Project Manager will oversee customer cloud environment deliverables as well as internal projects to improve and automate our workflows. This position is primarily a customerfacing role requiring outstanding written and verbal communication skills excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for gathering technical requirements from customers leading customer onboarding calls and driving customer deliverables throughout the customer lifecycle. A passion for technology and learning are vital for success in this role.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities:
Oversee cloud customer instance deliverables
Participate in customerfacing project alignment meetings
Maintain project plans throughout the project lifecycle
Provide excellent customer service and support
Secondary responsibilities:
Work with internal development teams to update service delivery workflows
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Support internal infrastructure projects
Ensure team documentation is up to date and optimized

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
2 years of IT experience in a role such as Project Manager Project Coordinator Service Delivery Manager or similar
