Job Description
Looking to onboard a seasoned Senior Information Security Project Manager (m/f/d) for a thrilling opportunity with a renowned manufacturing powerhouse nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Bubendorf BL.
Responsibilities
- Management of multiple simultaneous projects including their dependencies creation and delivery of presentations of project status finances in weekly and steerco meetings using our project management templates and methodology
- Create and deliver the security program and projects governance structure in agreement with our PMO offices including escalation process for service providers taking part in projects and internal client resources
- Follow and ensure GMP CSV compliance requirements are followed in the GMP relevant projects in close collaboration with our GMP CSV compliance team and Quality Assurance
- Review and approve time sheets from external resources working on the security program and projects and submit billing for approval by the cost center owner
- Proactively and timely manage project risks issues and dependencies as well as propose appropriate mitigation actions
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in information technology Computer Science or related field
- 810 years experience as a project manager with 3 in program management
- PM certifications such as PMI PRINCE2 or equivalent
- Professional certifications in Information Security (e.g. CISSP CISM) are advantageous
- Extensive experience in managing projects to deliver security processes and solutions such as GRC IAM DLP EDR/SIEM/SOC tools CASB/SGW etc
- Knowledge of GDPR and GXP environment is a plus
- Experience in managing programs with various simultaneous projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in ICS / OT environment would be a plus
- Excellent English language skills German is a plus
