Senior BI Analyst Oracle Analytics Server

As a Senior BI Analyst you will be responsible for designing and implementing cuttingedge
dashboards. If you are a seasoned expert with a proven track record in Oracle Analytics Server
and other Business Intelligence Tools and possess exceptional analytical and communication

Design and implement dashboards that meets the need and expectation of all its users.
Ensure all data is intelligently stored and processed.
Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the
required reports and dashboards created from potentially multiple data sources.
Participate with other specialist/leads/managers to understand reporting requirements
and work on building solutions or reporting system as per business needs.
Collate prepare and present statistical information for internal and external use.
Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members.
Must be open to working from the office as required.

B.Tech./B.E./MCA or equivalent degree from a Govt. recognized college/ University.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Information Technology domain out of
which at least 3 years should be in Business Analytics domain specifically in Oracle
Analytics Server.
Should have expertise in using Statistical tools and programming languages such as R
and Python
Should have experience in Statistical Analysis Data Visualisation Predictive Modelling
Reporting and Data Mining & Extraction.

Should have experience of sourcing data from multiple and complex data sets and
ability to link data between tables to create efficient SQL queries and design scalable
data models.
Should have strong ability to understand the requirements and develop visualization
reports using BI tool that are simple consumable and actionable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to effectively
communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent oral in Hindi with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse
stakeholders at all levels.

Ranchi Willingness to travel extensively across India as the situation demands.
