This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 19:0007:30 total of 36 hours per week.

RN Medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification 2 Professional references.

The allinclusive hourly pay rate for this position is $52.38/hr encompassing a taxable component of $41.05hr along with a per diem of $11.33/hr.

Local Rate (Below 50 miles): $41.91/hr.

Reward on non local rate: $7.02 /hr.

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
