Our client is looking for a VP Director of PR Content Marketing and Social Media that can direct all efforts related to public relations content marketing and social media to grow business and maintain successful client relationships. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by providing discipline leadership processes and ideas for shaping the department all with a vision for continually improving and enhancing the offerings talent and annual revenue
- Provide a clientfacing consultative role assessing client needs and capabilities to identify the best opportunities to serve the needs of our clients
- Develop and manage scopesofwork for clients related to PR/content marketing/social media meeting established timelines and budget
- Understand the importance of finding opportunities for digital tracking as part of the discipline s overall role in the clients customer purchase funnel
- Actively pursue organic client growth with current clients seeking opportunities to grow and improve all content/PR/SM activities
- Develop presentations analyses plans recommendations and performance reporting collaborating with the account manager and others on the business
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a relevant field required
- Ability to sellin incremental projects related to PR content marketing and social media
- Possess a strong understanding of overall digital marketing strategy and the impact that various drivers like content/PR/SM have on overall demand generation
- Possess a strong rigor in measurement and performance reporting
- Possess a cando spirit and an intellectual curiosity
- Possess a hunter mentality to grow current client business
- Maintain regular relationships with client contacts and keep account managers and senior management aware of the state of the client relationships
