Locum Consultant Psychiatrist

The Role:

We are seeking motivated and experienced Consultant Psychiatrists to join a great supportive team in the Sunshine coast area of Queensland.
We are looking for Locum doctors at this facility.

The Dates:

• ASAP Start - Ongoing

The Benefits:

• $2,700 per day
• Wages paid weekly.

The Hospital:

A 47-bed private inpatient mental health unit opened on 18 November 2013, offering a range of inpatient mental health programs including anxiety and depression, mood disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
A New mental health ward with additional 18 beds opened in mid-April 2024, which created a unique opportunity to join this sought after facility in desirable location.

About You:

• Current registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Fellow with Royal Australia & New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (essential)
• Provide high level of quality clinical care
• Demonstrated high level of professionalism and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
