Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires including paperwork completion orientation sessions and introduction to company policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing teambuilding activities social events and recognition programs.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records updating HR databases and preparing HRrelated documents.
- Participate in performance management processes including performance evaluations and goalsetting sessions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies procedures and best practices.
- Provide support in employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in conducting HRrelated research and preparing reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior internship or relevant work experience in human resources is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
- Local candidates residing in Mohali or nearby areas are preferred.
