HR Intern

• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires including paperwork completion orientation sessions and introduction to company policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing teambuilding activities social events and recognition programs.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records updating HR databases and preparing HRrelated documents.
• Participate in performance management processes including performance evaluations and goalsetting sessions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies procedures and best practices.
• Provide support in employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in conducting HRrelated research and preparing reports as needed.

• Prior internship or relevant work experience in human resources is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
• Local candidates residing in Mohali or nearby areas are preferred.
