Collaborate with internal teams to assess procurement needs and develop strategies for sourcing materials equipment and services.
Manage the procurement process including supplier selection negotiation and contract management to ensure timely and costeffective acquisition of goods and services.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels including monitoring stock levels conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies.
Coordinate logistics activities including transportation warehousing and distribution to ensure efficient movement of materials and equipment to project sites.
Liaise with suppliers subcontractors and internal stakeholders to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure ontime delivery and minimize disruptions to project timelines.
Provide regular updates on procurement inventory and logistics activities to internal stakeholders including preparing reports and presentations as needed.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in procurement inventory management and logistics operations.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement inventory management or logistics roles.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices including supplier management and contract negotiation.
Proficiency in inventory management software/systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of renewable energy or related industries is a plus.
