Our client is a large architectural firm who work at all scales and in all sectors to create transformative cultural corporate residential and other spaces that work in synchronicity with their surroundings. The business was founded in 1980 and has grown to have circa 1000 employees.
Tasks
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements goals and constraints.
- Coordinate with other members of the project team such as engineers contractors and interior designers.
- Present design proposals and project updates to clients for review and approval.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including architects designers engineers and contractors.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
- Generate progress reports presentations and other projectrelated communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Professional with good logic thinking and work habits responsible team player strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Rhino Revit AutoCAD software.
- Above 5 years of experience as an Architect in the UK.
Benefits
An excellent financial package between 45000 to 57000 pa depending on experience will be offered for the right candidate.
