Work time : 10:00am to 7:00 pm (
Languages : Tamil Kannada Malayalam or Telugu(Minimum 2 Malayalam and Kannada)
Handle consumer care build and nurture service partner network across India
- Manage omnichannel customer interactions
- Manage inbound outbound calls emails chats
- Respond to customer service queries and complaints
- Respond to social media queries and complaints
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Communicate and engage with relevant third parties from the supply chain where a resolution is required

Travel, Tourism / Hospitality experience required Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment Good communication skills with fluency in English Experience servicing a Domestic customer base Airline, Travel and Resorts experience preferred GDS Travel Software experience desirable but not mandatory Able to learn new process quickly and adaptable to change Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound calls
