Job Description


Title: Sales Representative

Job Description: As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the Pittsburgh PA area. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling networking events and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients and tailor sales presentations accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized attention and addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations to key decisionmakers highlighting the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to close sales deals while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities update customer information and generate sales reports for management review.




Requirements


  • Proven track record of success in sales with at least 2 of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the Pittsburgh PA area as needed.
