Qualifications Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Minimum of 4 years of job-related experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry. • Strong people management skills and experience leading a diverse team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Sound knowledge of terminal operations and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. • Proven track record in ensuring exceptional customer service
