Act as the primary point of contact for the executive team handling correspondence and inquiries.
Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for executives.
Arrange travel plans accommodation and itineraries as needed.
Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations for meetings.
Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives
Assist in the coordination and execution of special events or projects.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Streamline communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Anticipate needs and proactively handle administrative tasks to optimize efficiency.
Perform various administrative duties to support the executive team.
Requirements
Proven experience as an executive assistant personal assistant or similar role
Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills
Proficient in multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Advanced proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Google Suite etc.)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Prior experience in a healthcare or related field is advantageous
B.Sc. or Equivalent
