Woodland Clinic Medical Group is looking for FM/PC locum coverage beginning ASAP at their Davis Clinic and East Woodland Primary & Urgent Care locations. This will be a longterm assignment for 6 months 1 year!

Details:
Setting: 100% outpatient. The Woodland location would be helping to support a large Family Medicine practice of 11 physicians and 9 APPs. The Davis location would be helping to support a Family Medicine practice of 3 physicians and 2 APPs.FTE: 3 1.0 FTEsDuties: Serving as an interim PCP to Family Medicine patients providing care for acute visits as well as chronic care management.Must be able to see adultsRoutine FM clinical procedures (based on physicians skill set)Must work well in team environmentEMR: CernerPatients per Day: 1620Additional Support: 1 assigned MA to room patients LVN and RN staffing is available to support the department as well.Reason for Coverage: Assist with staffing while we recruit replacementDealbreakers: Someone who would object to prescribing controlled medications according to agreed upon protocols. Someone who would object to providing care to of LGBTQ patients or unwilling to facilitate care for prochoice patients (we do no perform abortions but we would want someone will to refer our patients to the proper facility). Someone who would object to providing care to underserved or Medicaid patients as 18% of our payer mix is covered by a Medicaid program or something similar.Credentialing Information:

Account Managers and Account Coordinators will take this into account as they review the presentation though they still reserve the right to redirect it back to the vendor if they deem it necessary.
