Our client a highquality real estate company in the Costa del Sol is looking for an experienced real estate agent. A proven track record in field sales is essential together with strong negotiation skills. Your role will include identifying and negotiating new highvalue listings and developing and maintaining new and existing client relationships through to eventual sales.

Requirements:

Fluent in English French German and Dutch

Essential to have previous experience in Real Estate including the acquisition valuation presentation and selling of luxury properties.

Excellent computer and literacy skills

Highly presentable with a positive and entrepreneurial work approach with a confident but likeable and empathetic personality.

Good knowledge of the Costa del Sol particularly Marbella and ideally located in the vicinity.

Car owner and Spanish driving licence
