Prosecute clients in criminal and civil cases and related matters in the Warm Springs Tribal Court on behalf of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Oregon.
Requirements
Associates degree in criminal justice or related field with 3 years of experience in the tribal legal field may be substituted for associates degree. Acceptable standards of conduct integrity judgment and ethics; ability to make objective decisions that are based on resoning logic established standards and the law; pass the tribal bar exam. No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 5 years. To include no violations of tribal law.
