Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities such as job posting candidate screening and scheduling interviews.
- Support HR staff in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Participate in organizing and facilitating employee training programs and events.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees and interns.
- Provide support in administering employee benefits and processing payroll.

- Assist with HR communications and create internal HR newsletters or announcements.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to HR process improvements.

- Provide general administrative support to the HR team including handling incoming calls and emails.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or Bachelors.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Previous internship or related work experience in HR is a plus.
