Were seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive/Specialist to join our team a digital marketing agency located in Andheri West Mumbai. As a Performance Marketer your main goal will be to drive online sales for our clients with a focus on their websites. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager youll play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize paid acquisition channels such as Facebook and Google ads to drive online purchases
ensuring a favourable Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
- Conduct experiments on various aspects of our campaigns including targeting landing page experience special offers and messaging to enhance overall conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance using datadriven insights and quantitative analysis techniques closely collaborating with our creative and marketing teams to implement innovative strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance marketing and monitor emerging metrics critical for performance management and optimization.
- Utilize insights derived from data analysis to refine and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Leverage inplatform execution experience to set up and manage campaigns on Facebook Ads Managed Google Ads and Google AdWords identifying and addressing marketing performance issues through root cause analysis using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of effectively managing significant advertising budgets for D2C brands in the 01 growth stage delivering measurable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
- Conduct regular audits of conversion rates and execute A/B tests and user testing/feedback initiatives to enhance conversion rates across our digital channels and assets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and grow with our agency contributing to our goal of becoming a global leader in the industry.
- 25 years of relevant experience in paid performance marketing with a deep understanding of running multiple paid campaigns across Facebook Google and other platforms.
- Experience in customer acquisition retention and engagement strategies coupled with a strong analytical mindset.
- Prior experience working with D2C brands is advantageous as is experience within the fashion lingerie or clothing industry particularly with brands in the 01 growth stage.
