About the Role:

As an OffPlan Real Estate Agent your main task is to acquire secondary offplan listings. Youll reach out to property owners who purchased offplan but havent completed transactions and sell both secondary and new offplan properties to previous sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach and establish connections with property owners to acquire secondary offplan listings.

• Utilize your networking skills to expand your client base and generate leads in the offplan market.

• Collaborate with the team to develop effective marketing strategies for offplan properties.

• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the buying and selling process.

• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments related to offplan properties.

Requirements:

• Hold a real estate broker license in compliance with local regulations.

• Have prior experience in offplan properties secondary listings rentals or similar roles.

• Demonstrate proficiency in real estate transactions and market dynamics.

• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English as we are an international company anu other language is a plus

• Exhibit a proactive and resultsdriven attitude towards achieving targets.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environment.
