Senior Legal Recruiter (Onsite)

Impact:

As our Senior Legal Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition department you will have the opportunity to help us grow our Law Firm by recruiting Legal and Support staff.

Daily Tasks:

• Conduct and attend initial requisition and status report meetings with Hiring Managers.
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards networking events and recruiting agencies.
• Create and manage posts on job boards.
• Screen potential candidates and schedule interviews.
• Attend inperson and virtual interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct interview followups with candidates.
• Negotiate salaries and compensation packages and create and present offer letters.

Your Skills:

• At least 3 years of fullcycle legal recruiting experience (preferably recruiting Attorneys and Paralegals).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with laws regulations and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with Office 365 software.
