Responsibilities:
1. Enrollment Data Analysis:
Analyze and reconcile EDI X12 enrollment transactions to identify discrepancies errors or anomalies.
Review and validate incoming and outgoing EDI X12 files for enrollment activities ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
2. Data Integrity Assurance:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to investigate and resolve data discrepancies between internal systems and external partners for enrollment processes.
Implement data quality controls and conduct regular audits to maintain the accuracy and completeness of EDI X12 enrollment data.
3. Problem Resolution:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and address issues related to EDI X12 enrollment providing timely and effective solutions.
Investigate and resolve errors in enrollment data communicating findings to relevant teams for process improvement.
4. Compliance and Standards:
Stay abreast of industry regulations EDI X12 standards and emerging trends related to enrollment processes to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.
Provide expertise and guidance on EDI best practices for enrollment to support continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of EDI X12 enrollment reconciliation processes procedures and resolutions.
Generate regular reports on reconciliation results for enrollment identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
