- Desired experience Relevant experience of 24 years in any unsecured Loan Product (preferably
- Business Loans) with Direct Sourcing
Role:
- Understanding the product offering clearly
- Ability to explain the product to the merchants
- Good Experience into Cold Calling/Direct Sourcing
- Good knowledge of Local Market Sales
- Ability to handle sales calls independently
- Ability to handle and manage local sales promotions
- Achieving targeted loan disbursements.
- Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to credit and operations.
- To build a profitable portfolio.
