*Professional experience appropriate to the position in the development and support of Linux server environments preferably under Fedora / CentOS / RHEL
*Very good knowledge of C and C as well as basic Java knowledge is an advantage
*Thorough and independent work in a challenging environment desirable
*Experience with SIP (Asterisk / chanpjsip / chansip) is an advantage
*At least C1 German level
*Support and further development of our own Linux distribution (based on CentOS and in future AlmaLinux)
*Customization of drivers for the hardware configurations of our appliances designed inhouse
*Adaptations in C to Asterisk the central communication component
*Establishment and further development of our build pipelines around our IP telephone system
*Supporting our Java developers with code reviews / software tests and occasional development tasks on our Javabased IP telephone system

1) Video interview with HR possibly also directly with the specialist department: Get to know the company personally and present the company to pick up applicants
2)Second interview (costs are covered): Inhouse with familiarization day (also for remote positions) (36 hours depending on the position): You get to know the team and the office. Interview with team lead and small test tasks followed by a final technical interview (relaxed atmosphere & no pressure situation)
