Job Title: Quality Assurance Cross Platform Lead
Location: Mount Laurel NJ
Duration: 6 months Contract with possible extensions

Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Cross Platform Lead with a minimum of 10 years experience in IT/QA leading and supporting projects. You will act as the primary interface between the team and other groups including the vendor developers senior management and support concerning the project.

Responsibilities:
Attend Discovery workshops/JAD sessions and assess impacts.
Identify testing scope and estimate the testing effort.
Mobilize cross functional testing teams and develop allocation plans.
Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan construct and execute release tests.
Develop key metrics to manage execution and defect resolution.
Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives.
Create Testing artifacts and develop testing strategies and scenarios to ensure alignment with project delivery documentation.
Coach and advise testers as required.

Requirements:
10 years overall experience in IT/QA leading and supporting projects.
5 years as a crossplatform test lead in supporting large cross functional projects.
Experience in Core Banking is required.
Superior customer communication and expectations management.
Strong experience with JIRA & Confluence.
Fluency in Agile project management.
Exceptional understanding of software development and testing processes.
Experience with data mapping/migration testing is required.
Experience in projects that have complex data requirements.
Experience implementing test automation is strongly preferred.

Please note this is an onsite role so candidates must be willing and able to work in Mount Laurel NJ. This is a 6month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
