Clear Creek Advisors operates as a vital component within the Wynmor Management platform. Wynmor Management is a real estate investment firm providing investors with opportunities to build wealth through cash flow real estate investments. They focus on investments that provide current income tax benefits and asset appreciation with preservation of capital being paramount.
As part of the Wynmor Management family Clear Creek Advisors serves as the intermediary layer between the investment company and property management. This unique position allows for comprehensive oversight of all facets of the investment portfolio including assets loans and operational tasks associated with apartment complexes spread across 12 states.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced paralegal or attorney to assist with contract and document review along with drafting initial sets of pleadings for state court filings in New York and Delaware. This project is centered around contract litigation with a focus on partnership disputes relating to the distribution of proceeds from real estate sales.
What you will be doing:
Review and analyze contracts and documents pertinent to partnership disputes and real estate transactions.
Draft initial sets of pleadings for state court filings in New York and Delaware.
Assist in preparing for potential court proceedings.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
Communicate daily with our team to provide updates and address queries.
Requirements:
Ongoing/complete Bachelors or Masters degree in Law or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in drafting legal pleadings.
Excellent English & communication skills youll communicate with native English speakers so we expect you to have a minimum of an Advanced level and for sure we dont want to see or hear any mistakes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent attention to detail you should be the person who cares about every small detail while working with legal documents.
Strong selfreliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations. If you dont know something you need to be independent enough to Google ask team members and not get stuck on a problem.
Adaptability & intelligence youll need to quickly adapt to work with various digital tools and new information.
Be a proactive team player whos not afraid to speak up for your own opinion seriously the company is looking for a person with many ideas not just an executor.
Organizing skills you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and dont want any minute to go to waste.
Not necessary but will be a plus:
Previous experience with contract litigation.
Knowledge of contract laws particularly related to real estate transactions.
Experience with real estate or financial modeling fields.
Working hours:
Youll need to overlap with the team of lawyers daily for at least 4 hours per day (Miami time check the time difference via the link) to communicate with them and discuss the tasks.
What we offer:
Fulltime employment (8 working hours per day 5/2). For this vacancy we consider only senior lastyear students and recent graduates. We will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.

Remote work. You may be located in any country or city just need a good Internet connection and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule for the team.
