Your Restaurant General Manager background and abilities should include the following:

• At least three years of experience as a fullservice or upscale fastcasual General Manager with good tenure
• Experience managing a chain restaurant that is 100% scratch farmtotable primarily organic and fastpaced
• Complete understanding of financials and driving sales
• Ability to develop and lead a strong team
• Motivate by being handson rather than an office manager
• This position is guestfacing and you must thrive on positive guest interaction
