Job Description
As an HR Executive at Nimesa you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration and operation of our human resources functions. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other managers to support our employees and promote a positive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic startup company.
Responsibilities
- Assist in HR administration and operations processes.
- Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing candidates scheduling interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Perform other HRrelated duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Drive MS Office and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Technical background with an HR certification is a plus.
