- Responsible for the management of aftersales maintenance services for the companys main products.
- Handle postsales quality faults and anomalies of equipment promptly collect and record customer feedback information analyze feedback issues in conjunction with production quality logistics and other relevant departments.
- Manage postsales installation commissioning and maintenance of projects including coordinating technical procurement and quality assurance to develop technical solutions operational procedures quality and progress management of onsite services customer demand maintenance management of work hour records etc.
- Provide effective technical support to customers and address technical issues raised by customers.
- Promote and improve the standardization process of customer complaints and aftersales including customer complaint process aftersales service process aftersales followup process coordinate communication between customers and factories track improvement measures and project usage status.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above.
- Major in biomedical engineering or electronic instruments.
- More than 3 years of onsite service experience in medical equipment experience in ultrasound equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Willingness to frequently travel.
- Strong ability to withstand pressure and efficiently solve problems.
- Openminded collaborative and excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Chinese Speaking Candidate is preferred.
