Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide Social Media team to improve social media advertisement performance.
- Work with different stakeholders to strategize plan and create content for clients social media.
- Monitor daily for social media sentiment and brand positioning.
- Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix.
- Identify opportunities of improvement and engagement to help clients expand brand awareness.
- Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).
- Create reports with analytics to send to stakeholders for regular updates on content performance.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least Processional certificate/Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Digital Marketing Marketing Business Management Communications or equivalent.
- Proven experience in media buying planning and/or social media management and able to utilize majority social media platforms.
- Added advantage if have experience running ads for highrisk industries such as Crypto Currency/Pharmaceutical/Finance or similar.
Competencies:
- Solid knowledge of keywords research and analytical tools.
- Familiar with creating landing page and black hat technologies.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin.
