Edamah is seeking an Associate in the Information Technology department. The job role will be reporting to the Head of Information Technology and will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across various IT functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the helpdesk at Edamah to ensure timely and responsive user support, resolving all user needs and problems efficiently.
- Assist new users in obtaining their IT requirements, including hardware/software needs, network connections, and user IDs.
- Provide initial training and orientation to new users on Edamah's systems.
- Deal with IT vendors and manage necessary documentation related to vendor relations, including RFPs, requisitions, and payments, reporting to the Head of Department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with relevant additional certifications MCSE, CCNA.
- 0 - 1 year of professional working experience in help desk support functions.
