Job Description

Regional Sales Manager

Location: Denver CO

Annualized Base Salary: $75000 Significant earning potential with bonus incentive

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Hunter your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities and aggressively pursue sales leads within your designated territory. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base achieving sales targets and contributing to our companys growth. This position is ideal for a selfstarter with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research networking and cold calling within the assigned territory.

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets by developing a robust pipeline of business opportunities.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscape within the territory.

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals ensuring customer needs are met while achieving company sales objectives.

  • Client Acquisition: Aggressively pursue new business opportunities converting prospects into customers to expand the company s market presence.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including customer interactions negotiations and closed deals in the CRM system.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.

  • Proven sales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with the ability to open doors and create new business opportunities.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a keen ability to persuade and influence decisionmakers.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a territorybased outside sales role.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
