As a Nurse Practitioner you will play a crucial role in the delivery of the clinical and operational process of our health services. You will remotely connect and support our patient pipeline in this project by offering your valuable insights and expertise in the psychiatric practice.

Education:

1. A BS degree in home health psychiatric or behavioral health or dietary nursing with a minimum of one year of experience in a hospital setting is required.

Qualifications :

License/Certification:

• Illinois Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)

• Preferred to have

• PMHNP License is good to have

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Providing health promotion prevention and treatments to patients

• Diagnosing and treating conditions such as behavioral/mental health home health infections or dietary needs of patients

• Prescribing medications when needed to ensure patient health and wellbeing
