You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAnswer, record, record and process all guest calls, requests, questions or concerns. Manage the telephone exchange station. Process guest requests for wake-up calls, caller ID, do not disturb, call forwarding, teleconferencing, TDD calls, and unrecorded guest calls. Inform guests of any messages they have received. Monitor busy or unattended lines, stay in touch with people waiting in line to update their status, and offer to receive messages. Receive, record and transmit messages accurately, completely and legibly. Activate and deactivate the guest room indicator light as appropriate. Train guests on Internet access; Refer guests with problems to the service provider's customer service line. Test communication equipment to ensure it is working properly. Meeting special requests from guests with exceptional needs. Contact the appropriate person or department as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems. Follow up with guests to ensure that their requests or issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. Send to bellmen or service staff as necessary.
