Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthend close process with timely and accurate Financial Statements delivered to Senior Management
• Maintains Financial Statements consisting of Balance Sheet Income Statement Statement of Cash Flows Statement of Changes in Shareholder Equity and EBITDA reporting.
• Prepares weekly checkruns for approval.
• Assists in managing Cash Flow for the company and provides Cash Flow Analysis to senior management on a weekly basis.
• Maintains Cash Flow Budgets and Forecast Models with respective variance analysis reporting.
• Responsible for the supervision of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and processes ensuring proper execution of duties providing work directives employee training coaching mentoring and supervisory guidance and accountability.
• Assists in maintaining ERP Accounting System including monthly financial reports and closing processes.
• Reviews deposit reports generated by A/R for verification and confirmation relative to bank register spreadsheets.
• Completes journal entries for monthend and other accounting related monthend functions.
• Assists with inventory adjustments and valuation analysis as necessary.
• Assists with annual budget preparations.
• Prepares and conducts bank reconciliations.
• Assists in maintaining records for the companys present financial condition.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• Heavy Highway Cost Accounting
• 10 years of work experience with 35 years in a supervisory/management role in accounting and/or Finance
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Must have experience supporting organizations of 50 staff members
• Exceptional attention to detail selfmotivated able to work independently
• Ability to prioritize work for self and direct reports
• Excellent communication skills (oral written phone electronic)
