Job Description
A Business Manager is a professional who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include managing and motivating the staff (tailors & admin staff) with great customer service managing business operations as well as developing business strategies that will help them achieve success in a competitive marketplace
Requirements
Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager or business
manager
Proven work experience in the Fashion industry
Powerful leading skills and business orientation
Customer management skills
Leadership skills
Strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Job Responsibility
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent
service.
Complete business administration and ensure compliance with
policies and procedures.
Oversee business operations (Manufacturing fabric sourcing
salescustomer service and admin)
Manage Inventory.
Website management (sales orders pricing and items)
Manage quartely photoshoots
Manage order dispatching.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising
standards.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints
grievances etc).
Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
Be a middleman between staff and the Managing Director
