Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead a Team of the Account Managers.
- Provide endtoend project management.
- Scope project requirements and prepare budgets.
- Aligning clients digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Developing detailed designs plans and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports.
- Up sell the current clients packs.
- Establishing good relationships with clients and other professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design develop and implement clients digital projects.
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.
- Generate weekly monthly reports.
- Convince and negotiate with the clients.
- Communicate with the team and clients and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any relevant.
- 3 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager.
- Experience as a Business Development Executive for more than 2 years OR fresh promoted sales manager OR fresh promoted Business Development Manager.
- Digital agency background is a Must.
- Has knowledge of performance marketing and SEO.
- Solid technical background with ROAS Performance Marketing Media Buying.
- Dealing with different dashboards (Meta GA4 Google ADS Snap chat) is preferred.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Communication and team management skills.
