DBServices helps to design develop and support digital platforms for large and midsized companies in ITC Banking Retail Government Health and other industries in Europe and Americas.
Tasks
- Configure Salesforce Pardot campaign assets including forms emails landing pages engagement studios etc.
- Maintain Pardot asset libraries ensuring consistent naming and organization.
- Manage campaign projects using Jira consistently tracking each phase of the project.
- Perform tests of each campaign and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure proper functioning and uninterrupted campaigns.
- Monitor data sync with Salesforce CRM.
- Develop and revise automations to improve Pardot functions and Customer Experience.
- Analyze campaign data prepare summaries of findings and make suggestions for improved results.
- Design and execute A/B tests.
- Maintain the optin process and monitor performance.
- Evaluate Webform Leads daily to determine the correct business unit to treat the Lead and dispatch Leads following current Lead Assignment protocols.
- Conduct professional correspondence with Leads to obtain or provide information.
- Maintain a detailed log of issues and resolutions.
- Monitor the status of Lead treatment and follow up with Lead Owners when needed.
Requirements
- 1 years of work experience using Pardot as an administrator (mandatory).3 years of work experience on Salesforce technology.
- Great capacity to work autonomously and deliver work in an agile way.
- Communication skills to manage business requirements align with standard templates and avoid complex customizations.
- Fluent in English (Portuguese Italian or French are nice to have).
- Salesforce Associate (or Administrator) is mandatory.
- Salesforce Pardot Specialist certification is nice to have.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Administrator core features (Flow Automation Security Sharing & Visibility Data model Data Migration User Interface)
- Work on a location with CET timezone.
- Once a quarter mandatory travel to Lyon or Milan.
