• Monitor Project scope time quality and budget as part of the endtoend project
  

management process.

• Drafting project plans including a work plan as well as a scope and
  approach document.
  

• Ensure necessary policies and procedures are followed before mobilizing subcontractors to the site.
  

• Overall project planning distributing resources time management and risk management.
  

• Managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  

• Coordinating with crossdiscipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements deadlines and schedules.
  

• Preparing status reports by gathering analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
  

• Conducting postproject evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  

• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
  

Requirements

A bachelor s degree or masters degree in Civil Engineering or in the construction field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or postgraduate degree.

Minimum of 12 years experience in project management.

Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.

Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

Experience as a construction project manager and knowledge of project management tools.

Able to complete projects promptly.

Experience overseeing a construction project.

Budget management experience.
