Job Role : Interior Designer
Company : Dreamhouzz Interiors Pvt Ltd.
Location : Bangalore/BengaluruKarnatakaIndia.
Job Description
We are seeking a creative energetic individual with superior technical abilities and a minimum of 12
years of demonstrated experience in Residential & commercial projects.
Should be able to think creatively about the use of space color and movement for creative inspiration.
Candidate must also be effective communicator with the ability to persuade in communicating a design
idea.
Must be capable to deal with design from conceptual development and communicate with the clients in
managing and executing the design.
Candidate is expected to have an overview of the site work on regular basis to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
*Must be customercentric in providing solutions proposed designs should be highly functional and
great on aesthetics still keeping in mind the customer s budget.
*Responsible for technical implementations of design concepts during design administration.
*Strong interaction communication sketching and presentation skills expected.
*Has to Visit site to review monitor and report progress and perform other administration duties.
*Ability to selfmanage project assignments from start to finish with oversight.
*Adherence to Dreamhouzz required QA/QC process including design reviews.
*Adhere to both Dreamhouzz and the Client guidelines and meet deadlines within budget for each
project.
*Contribute as required to the overall quality and success of the project studio and firm.
Qualification KnowledgeSkills and Abilities:
*Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or related design field.
*12 years of experience in corporate interior design projects.
*Proven design skills and knowledge of current industry trends.
*Expertise in layout colour lighting materials selection custom furniture and all installations.
*Extensive knowledge of design principles and aesthetics.
*Proficient in AutoCAD sketchup 3Ds max and other design programs.
*Proficient with the concepts of furniture layout.
*Expert in detailing sketching and rendering skills.
*Effective time management with multiple deadlines
