Job Description: Property Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee properties within the company's portfolio
- Ensure properties are maintained and in good condition
- Communicate with landlords tenants and contractors
- Organise property viewings and handle negotiations
- Address tenant concerns and maintenance issues promptly
- Keep accurate records of property inspections and maintenance work
- Stay uptodate on property market trends and regulations
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Good understanding of market trends and property values
Desired Experience:
- Maximum of 1 years of experience in property management
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary £30000£32000
- Benefits: To be discussed during interview
