• You develop KoRos marketing strategy in line with the companys goals and implement it successfully
• You inspire lead and develop our dedicated marketing team consisting of brand and growth teams
• You set short and longterm goals for the marketing teams and ensure efficient crossteam collaboration
• You work closely with the Clevel and Sourcing Product and Data and actively help shape the future of KoRo
• You are responsible for an eightfigure marketing budget and utilise it efficiently
• You analyse market and competitive data and take strategic decisions for KoRos marketing on this basis
• You analyse measure and report on marketing performance always keeping an eye on all relevant KPIs
• You strongly expand our customer relationship management
• You identify trends and take chances that lead to an increase in our brand awareness
• You regularly update yourself on the latest technologies and best practices

Your profile

• You have at least five years of experience in leading and developing large teams in the marketing sector ideally in the ecommerce environment / food industry
• You are fluent in English; very good German language skills are a great advantage
• You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new position
• You have achieved success in the development and implementation of marketing strategies in the past
• You have indepth experience in all topics relating to CRM
• Your actions are always driven by figures and data
• Your strength lies in analytical and strategic thinking yet you are also willing to provide handson support when needed
• You have excellent organisational skills making it easy for you to prioritise and multitask effectively
• You are extremely resilient and able to maintain focus in a dynamic work environment while working purposefully towards results
• You are a team player and your communication and leadership skills are excellent at all levels
