The Practice Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for providing both technical expertise and visionary guidance to steer the strategic direction of our practice. This position holds accountability for the operational efficiency and financial performance of the practice while also leading and motivating teams to excel and satisfy clients.


Key responsibilities:


Practice leadership

  • Establish and drive the practices strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to budget management and forecasting.
  • Contribute to practice continuous methodology and toolset improvement to increase efficiency of solution. deployment and presales activities.
  • Support the resource assignment process to optimize team capabilities and project outcomes.


Team management

  • Manage the practice hiring plan and collaborate to the consultant recruitment process.
  • Lead HR cycles including compensation continuous performance evaluations feedback and growth.
  • Foster team engagement and mobilization.


Client engagement

  • Serve as a key member of the project escalation path overseeing complex delivery management.
  • Take on the role of Project Executive driving the success of projects.
  • Participate actively in defining client roadmaps and initiatives ensuring alignment with client objectives.


Presales & business development

  • Stay updated on technology trends and develop service offerings tailored to current market requirements and evolving trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team on various activities including solution demonstrations and responding to service requirements.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop compelling content and publications aligning marketing strategies with the practices objectives.


Essential competencies to succeed in this role:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a practice Director or other relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of Success Factors.
  • Fundamentally customercentric and peopleoriented.
  • English and French bilingualism ideally as your clients and partners are everywhere in the world.
