Location: Columbus OH Remote work is an option However candidate needs to travel to the site once to get an orientation and their access badge.

Under general direction installs and maintains complex systems using z/OS CICS DB2 and/or IMS:

• Provides 24x7 support for all aspects of the mainframe environment

• Performs system IPLs and supports all DR tests as required.

• Advises management of new releases and features and assists in creating project plans for implementation of software and features

• Provides technical assistance and instruction to customers in the use of z/OS DB2 IMS software products support tools and the completion of task assigned

• Responsible for OEM and third party software support products productivity tools codes exits and customizes installation

Installs tests maintains and customizes a variety of software products including complex data base productivity tools:

• Monitors system and online subsystem performance makes changes to improve same installs maintenance as required

• Assists in hardware upgrades and supports the migration of older systems to newer systems.
