Regional Manager LATAM

As Regional Manager LATAM you will be a key player in driving our expansion efforts and ensuring our clients brands success in the region where your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:
As a Regional Manager LATAM your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Stay attuned to categoryspecific landscapes and trends providing valuable insights intocustomer behaviour and preferences.
- Spearhead the development localisation and implementation of comprehensive marketingand communication strategies aligned with company objectives market dynamics and costconsiderations.
- Monitor track and evaluate LATAM marketing activities reporting on the ROI of various channels and campaigns including TV OOH digital and BTL.
- Manage a team of marketers;set monitor and report on team goals
- Design branding positioning and pricing strategies
- Ensure our clients brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
- Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor competition (acquisitions pricing changes and new products and features)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Oversee LATAM agencies/partners for the execution of regional campaigns and
communication plans. - Develop and negotiate business proposals and deals with potential partners and mediagroups.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis continuously monitoring market conditions andcompetitor data to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with international marketing teams to align and execute strategies synchronising with the companys marketing objectives and brand values.
- Participate in international trade fairs.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Spanish and fluency in English.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in a marketingoriented position within the online gambling industry such as operatorside roles affiliate account management SEO or other marketing positions.
- Experience in managing a team
- Strong business orientation and understanding of market dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Proactive with a demonstrated ability to take initiative driving projects quickly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Portuguese would be considered a bonus.
